PARTNERSHIP & SPONSORSHIP GUIDELINES

First of all, thank you so much for considering becoming a Lean In NYC partner or sponsor. Lean In NYC is a 100% volunteer-run, non-profit circle, and every piece of support can make a huge impact on our community.

 

Below are guidelines on our contribution levels and benefits so that you or your company can make the right choice.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE: The Lean In NYC Circle is an affiliated circle of the Lean In 501(c)3 organization but is not included in their tax ID. Therefore your contributions will not be tax-deductible as charitable donations.

What does this mean? The Lean In NYC leadership team is a full-time 100% volunteer force. You'll be sponsoring necessary items like food, transportation, printing costs, web hosting, email hosting, and other miscellaneous operation costs for the team.

• Your Company information (logo, copy, etc.) added to the Lean In NYC website, hyperlinked to your webpage of choice (for 1 month)

• 1 mention on Lean In NYC social media at the date/time of your choice

 

Optional:

• Chance to include a discount coupon, branded merchandise, or gifts in speaker/volunteer gift bags

$100 CONTRIBUTION

EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY OR $250 CONTRIBUTION

• Your Company information added to the event registration page, hyperlinked to your webpage of choice

• 1 mention on Lean In NYC social media leading up to the event

• Special thank-you mention announced at the beginning of the event

• Your Company information added to the photos once uploaded to the Facebook page, hyperlinked to your webpage of choice

 

Optional:

• Chance to include a discount coupon, branded merchandise, or gifts in speaker/volunteer gift bags

SPEAKER & VOLUNTEER GIFT BAGS OR $500 CONTRIBUTION

Where that estimate came from: $100 value gift bags for 2 speakers + $25 value gift bags for 12 volunteers.

 

• Your Company information added to the event registration page, hyperlinked to your webpage of choice

• Your Company logo added to the Lean In NYC website, hyperlinked to your webpage of choice (for 3 months following the event)

• 2 total mentions on Lean In NYC social media (1 Facebook, 1 Instagram, 1 Twitter) leading up to the event

• Special thank-you mention announced at the beginning of the event

 

Optional:

• Chance to include Company information, branded merchandise, coupons, etc. in gift bags.

EVENT CATERING OR $600 CONTRIBUTION

• Your Company information printed on a sign next to the catering

• Your Company information added to the event registration page, hyperlinked to your webpage of choice

• Your Company logo added to the Lean In NYC website, hyperlinked to your webpage of choice for 3 months following the event

• 3 total mentions on Lean In NYC social media (1 Facebook, 1 Instagram, 1 Twitter) leading up to the event

• Special thank-you mention announced at the beginning of the event

 

Optional:

• Chance to include a discount coupon, branded merchandise, or gifts in speaker/volunteer gift bags

• Branded plates, napkins, cups, or other materials for use at event (Partner/Sponsor will be responsible for added cost)

FULL EVENT SPONSORSHIP OR $1350 CONTRIBUTION

• Your Company information (logo, copy, etc.) printed on a sign next to check-in

• Your Company information added to the event registration page, hyperlinked to your webpage of choice

• Your Company logo added to the Lean In NYC website, hyperlinked to your webpage of choice for 3 months following the event

• 5 total mentions on Lean In NYC social media (1 Facebook, 1 Instagram, 1 Twitter) leading up to the event

• Special thank-you mention announced at the beginning and end of the event

• 1-minute presentation slot for Company representative at the beginning of the event

 

Optional:

• Chance to include information, discount coupon, branded merchandise, or gifts in speaker/volunteer gift bags 

• Branded plates, napkins, cups, or other materials for use at event (Partner/Sponsor will be responsible for any added cost)
